Barre

All Levels (60 minutes)

Get ready to strengthen, lengthen and tone with this energizing and targeted workout! This low impact class incorporates the fluidity of Ballet, the flexibility of Yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. In this class, you’ll use resistance bands, light weights and a ballet barre. Discover a stronger, more flexible and confident You! 

Includes a warm up and cool down/stretch.

Barre45

All Levels (60 minutes)

Get ready for an express version of our traditional Barre class! 

You will strengthen, lengthen and tone with this energizing and targeted workout! This low impact class incorporates the fluidity of Ballet, the flexibility of Yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. In this class, you’ll use resistance bands, light weights and a ballet barre. Discover a stronger, more flexible and confident You!

Includes a warm up and cool down/stretch.

FitBarre Cardio 1.0

Beginner to Intermediate (60 minutes)

This class has choreographed movements, is very high energy and offers a great workout! You’ll work your core, abs, thighs, glutes, legs, arms, and everything in between!

A high energy, low impact exercise class that combines barre work, light weights and continuous motions that burn fat. The class includes toning and resistance exercises that will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

FitBarre Cardio 1.0 (Beginner) has less reps and more breaks than FitBarre Cardio 2.0 (Advanced).

Includes a warm up and cool down/stretch.

FitBarre Cardio 2.0

Intermediate to Advanced (60 minutes)

This class has choreographed movements, is very high energy and offers a great workout! You’ll work your core, abs, thighs, glutes, legs, arms, and everything in between!

A high energy, low impact exercise class that combines barre work, light weights and continuous motions that burn fat. The class includes toning and resistance exercises that will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

FitBarre Cardio 2.0 (Advanced) has more reps and less breaks than FitBarre Cardio 1.0 (Beginner). FitBarre Cardio 1.0 recommended for the first 2-5 classes in this series.

Yoga

All Levels (60 minutes)

In this Vinyasa Flow class, you will link conscious breath with mindful movement. Tune into all muscle groups with a continuous flow of poses, incorporating both strength and stretching giving your body the best of both. Awaken your strength, energy and flexibility!

Mat Pilates

All Levels (60 minutes)

This class is designed to align the body, correct postural imbalances while building core strength and flexibility through traditional Mat Pilates.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet low impact method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

New to Barre? What to expect…

If you have never attended a Barre class, get ready to sweat and have fun doing it! Bring a full-sized towel (or yoga mat) and water. Please let the instructor know about any limitations or injuries, the instructor can help you with modifications to the workout. For health and sanitary reasons, we are a “socks required” studio. Wear comfortable “yoga” pants with a fitted top. This helps the instructor see your form during the workout and and help you make necessary adjustments to protect your body. Your safety is our priority.
