What exactly is this class?
It’s a high energy, low impact exercise class that combines barre work, light weights and continuous motions. The class includes toning and resistance exercises that will sculpt your muscles, burn fat and elongate the appearance of your body.

We offer a beginner and advanced version of this cardio infused class!
The beginner class will allow for more water breaks during this power hour.
